Matt Markson is an anthropomorphic pink mini marker who lives in the city of Artopolis. His best friend is a paintbrush named Peter Paintbruce. 

Matt is mostly a chill guy. He doesn't get into many fights and he is easy to get along with. If something bad happens on accident, he won't overreact and he'll understand that acciedents happen. The only times he'll freak out are if he looses his white cap, or if something tragic happens. But other than that, he's a really chill guy who has no emotional problems. He even likes to meditate occasionally.

Matt is also one of Brokaw Books' very first characters. He was created way before Brokaw Books was founded. Along with Parker Penciton, Chris Craystein, and Peter Paintbruce.
